Projekt powstał po to by zwrócić uwagę na kulturę i folklor w tym również architekturę budynków 42 stolic państw położonych na kontynencie Europejskim oraz tego jak lokalne tradycje mogą wpływać na świat skateboarding'u.

The project was created to draw attention to culture and folklore, including the architecture of buildings in 42 capital cities of countries located on the European continent, and how local traditions can influence the world of skateboarding.
